Description of the Role

The Support Team works on all aspects of our customer and consultant relations. The energy specialist role will work specifically on assisting customers of our auto-switching energy service in activating their accounts and onboarding their first enrollments through our platform. The candidate will work on everything related to onboarding a new energy customer including transcribing bills, validating data across our proprietary systems and ensuring quality assurance at every step. The role will also be responsible for reaching out to customers by phone, email and text message, to obtain or verify any information needed to complete the customer’s enrollment.

  • Review, validate and transcribe data in proprietary systems
  • Assist customers with all aspects of onboarding and enrollment
  • Data entry, quality assurance and order processing
  • Customer service and outreach

Required Experience & Skills

  • Previous data entry experience required
  • Detail oriented candidates
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Quick learner with capability and desire to learn proprietary computer systems
  • Flexible problem solver who is able to think on your feet
  • Organized with an ability to prioritize, listen and follow instructions
  • Courteous and pleasant at all times with customers and colleagues
